“This portrait has been given to us on loan for identification. Nothing is known about this portrait other than a suggestion that it may show Lady Ann Fanshawe (1625-1680). However, we do not believe this to be correct. Any suggestions regarding execution date and artist would be gratefully received.”

Dear curatorial team,
It is only when I was looking for images of Lady Ann Fanshawe that I came across this image. I think that I can connect it with at least two other anonymous portraits of which I would like to find out more.
I would love to receive high res images of this portrait for further study.
